He is the Chief Advisor of AVE since 2015, who has over 30+ years of experience in Managing Accounts and Finance, Admin, Business Developement and many more. Soumitro has a varied experience of working in Top MNCs, Indian Corporates House and Law Firms.
PRADEEP RAMNATH

He is associated with our Company as an Advisor since the inception. He will help us in the area of restructuring and transaction , IT related and NPA resolution including banking activities time to time. Mr Ramnath Pradeep retired as Chairman & Managing Director of Corporation Bank in 2015. Previously, he was Executive Director, Central Bank of India and has held positions of General Manager, Dena Bank and Chief Vigilance Officer, State Bank of India. He has worked in the areas of financial inclusion and bank restructuring in Nepal and Vietnam. He has served on the boards of several government and leading private companies and headed committees appointed by RBI and IBA. He is a co-author of book “Financial inclusion; viable opportunity in Urban India” and his articles on business and finance have appeared in leading newspapers. Mr. Pradeep is a post graduate in Economics and Law.
Prof. Dr. HIM CHATTERJEE
CONSULTANT
He is associated with our Company as an Hon. Consultant since 2021. Currently, he is a professor and chairman of Department of Visual Arts, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, Him is known for his master strokes with brush and colours. Give him a piece of canvas and a brush, and it will burst into colours; give him pen or pencil and a sketch will materialize as if from nowhere; give him Charcoal and paper and see the wonder of his drawings.
Professor Chatterjee has earned repute for his expertise in murals, paintings, sketches and drawings. Him Chatterjee's important assignments include his more than 100 murals and Art works designed and installed at the different corners of India. He is Art advisor/Consultant/Curator for Airport Authority of India, Larsen and Toubro (L&T), Lalit Kala Academy, PWD New Delhi, Industry and Culture Department of Himachal Pradesh.
Recently, he has set a Record for World's Largest Outdoor Mural done in the Integrated Transit Corridor of Bharat Mandapam, inaugrated by Hon'ble Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi Ji.
